School Age Transition and the IEP - What You Need to Know

Starting with the IEP plan year in which a student turns 15, the IEP development process is mandated to include discussion & planning related to preparing the child for life after high school. We provide an overview of the assessments completed & components of the IEP that address transition. Parents w/children ages 11+ are encouraged to attend.
