This Youth Mental Health First Aid training will teach adults how to help adolescents who are struggling with mental/behavioral health issues. The course covers common mental health challenges, reviews typical adolescent development and teaches a 5-step action plan. Participants will receive a course manual as well as meals. The cost is $10.00.
