Beer & Wine Pairing Dinner
Jim Nau, owner of EBC West and Kris Kane, owner of 21 Brix Winery, will highlight the history of brewing & winemaking, different styles, flavor profiles & why they are paired with each dish. Head chef, Duane Woodhouse will prepare 5 courses to be paired with 5 different EBC craft brewed beers or 5 wines from 21 Brix Winery. Must be 21 yrs. old.
