In 2010, Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) listed 15 native freshwater mussels as “state threatened” species. This presentation will educate attendees on new state-listed mussel regulatory requirements and emerging zebra mussel issues so that future projects may be planned accordingly and costly delays may be avoided.
