Critical Conversations for Administrators (Jan 2015)

Communication is a key ingredient for success as a school administrator. There are times when you must have difficult conversations with others when you are in a leadership position. This session will give you specific skills and opportunities to practice challenging conversations. This session will be facilitated by WRESA staff.
