Triathlon Coach Martha Szufnarowski provides this instructive clinic to include lecture, triathlon rules overview and an outdoor training with run, bike and transition practice. You’ll feel very prepared to race. This clinic is FREE and open to all adults. Youth over 15 years are welcome with a parent or guardian present.
