LAARP Workshop 2/14/13 - Responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)

Focusing on RFPs issued by Los Angeles County and the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, this half-day workshop is designed to help non-profits successfully compete for public funding. It is geared especially for small agencies that may not have submitted prior proposals or that may not have the services of an experienced grant writer.
