GA Child Welfare Legal Academy
With the recent passage of HB 242 (Juvenile Justice Reform Bill), many changes have been made to Georgia’s juvenile code. On May 14, the GA Child Welfare Legal Academy will host Jen Carreras and Ashley Willcott as our Visiting Scholars in Practice. Ms. Carreras and Ms. Willcott will present a general overview of the highlights of the bill.
