The council is offering an “iGive” virtual Council Gift of Caring for the 2014 Cookie Program. Customers will be able to purchase cookies for the Second Harvest Food Bank, the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank, and Blue Star Mothers. The council delivers the cookies; volunteers and girls do not handle any of the boxes.
