Fall or Halloween Banner

This month we will be creating a Fall or Halloween Banner, your choice. We will be including the Build a Banner Simply Created Kit and either the Halloween Banner Accessory Kit, or a Fall kit created by me. These are so cute and will make awesome Fall Decor!
