AFRICA, THE WTO, AND THE FUTURE OF MULTILATERAL TRADE NEGOTIATIONS

This session will focus on the role of African countries within the WTO with a focus on three broad areas: The View from Africa on the new world of trade negotiations; African responses to the WTO stalemate on the one hand and mega-regional agreements on the other; and African developments in the Doha Years.
