The Slocum Research & Education Foundation, in joint providership with Oregon Health & Science University, is pleased to host Concussion Conference 2017 on Saturday, September 23rd, 2017. Primary care providers, physical therapists, athletic trainers, allied health professionals, teachers, school counselors, & coaches are encouraged to attend.
