Training and Experience (Costa Mesa Pre-Meeting)

This 1-day class is designed to acquaint participants with a variety of techniques that can be used to assess training & experience (T&E) at the application stage of the recruitment process. Advantages & disadvantages of T&E evaluation methods will be addressed, as well as issues related to reliability, validity, instrument development, & scoring.
