Growing and Using World Grains: Suburban Homesteading Adult Workshop Series

One cannot live on vegetables alone! Despite their importance in our diet and relative ease in growing, few gardeners grow any grains. This workshop will introduce beginners to garden-scale grains growing tips, threshing and winnowing techniques, and ideas for year-round grain projects. We’ll focus primarily on winter wheat, amaranth and sorghum.
