Intro to Limited Equity Co-ops

Cooperative Homeownership Workshops are for those interested in purchasing a co-op apartment. Attendance will give you all the information you need to apply to purchase shares in a newly renovated Housing Development Fund Corp (HDFC), or a limited-income cooperative. Attendance is required in order to be considered to purchase a UHAB-sponsored apt.
