How are Communities of Color Doing in Iowa?

In most regards Iowa is a wonderful place to live. But we are leaving some of our kids behind. The data shows that Latino, Black, Native American and Immigrant youth and their families are struggling. This training will look at some of the root-causes, common misconceptions and successful strategies for reducing disproportionality in our State.
