The Kentucky Statewide Diabetes Symposium 2014

This knowledge-based symposium is designed for nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, and other health professionals involved in the education and care of people with diabetes. To successfully complete the program and receive credit, participants must pay the required fee, attend the entire program, and complete the evaluation form.
