State of the City Address
Mayor Sam Abed and the City Council will hold Escondido’s Annual State of the City Address at a morning meeting co-sponsored by the Escondido Chamber of Commerce. Held at the Conference Center of the California Center for the Arts, Escondido on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 beginning with a breakfast at 7:30a.m. followed by the prorgam at 8:30 a.m.
