What the heck is UrbanFIT? UrbanFIT is both an aerobic & anaerobic workout, mixing cardio and strength training. It is outdoors using what nature and our city gives us--no gym equipment needed! Urban Fit is both challenging and fun. UrbanFit combines strength conditioning using the outdoors and nature as your gym. Join us Mon and Wed at 6am!!!
