Mark Beiswanger Memorial WOD May 2014

CrossFit Stafford is hosting a memorial WOD (Workout Of the Day) to remember Mark Beiswanger on Saturday, May 10th from 1000- Noon. Part of the proceeds will be given as a memorial contribution to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention in Mark’s name. If you were a friend of Mark’s, please come out and support this cause.
