Vendor/Exhibitor and Presenter Registration for the Chattanooga Transition Academy 3-11-2017

Transition from High School for Students with Disabilities. This event will include presentations and information on Post Secondary Education, Independent Living Options, Self Advocacy, and Employment. As a part of the Transition Event we will have an information fair with representatives from state and local agencies.
