ATSC 3.0 Overview and Strategies

Joel Wilhite of Harmonic will review the technologies, features and motivations behind the upcoming move to ATSC 3.0. He will discuss techniques for transitioning the broadcast plant to the new standard including channel sharing and will highlight transmission system solutions not possible in the 1.0 technology.
