CE: GENERATING AN EFFECTIVE PILATES LESSON @ NJ-PILATES HAUS ON FEB 10TH 2019

This workshop focuses on ways of designing an effective Pilates lesson plan looking through a classical Pilates lens. Students will learn how to teach the body in front of them while providing structure, a means of measurement, consistency and how to progress and find various ways of creating success for their clients.
