Understanding the Role of Your Support Coordinator
Support Coordination is a very important service to families of and individuals with developmental disabilities. If you or your family member are receiving, have an offer or on the waiting list to receive the New Opportunities Waiver, Residential Options Waiver, Supports Waiver or Children's Choice Waiver, you should not miss this training.
