Special Education Law Conference & CLE

This conference will include an overview and update on IDEA and Section 504; an in depth review of Endrew F; information on FAPE, LRE and inclusion; the role of and limits on non-lawyer advocates; information on FERPA and IDEA confidentiality; and an in depth review of attorney fees. CLEs approved including an hour of ethics for attorneys.
