EVERY SECOND COUNTS

Oakland County CrossFit will host the first Every Second Counts Competition on Sunday, October 7, 2012. This competition will be based on the 2009 CrossFit Games when standings were determined by total overall time, not points. Citizen Zero Concert and After Party to follow.
