Identifying and Breaking Through Schemas

This presentation is based on the work of Jeffrey Young. This workshop will assist clinicians in case conceptualization and identifying the “core” issues that a client faces. Life traps or schemas are unconscious patterns of behavior that we repeat throughout our lives. We will identify our own life traps & understand how they have impacted us.
