Northern California Rugby Summit on the Game

The Northern California Youth Rugby Association in conjunction with the Northern California Rugby Referee Society and Northern California Rugby Football Union are hosting a Summit on the Game. Similar to the USA Rugby National Development Summit, best practices and principals of Coaching, Refereeing and Administration will be discussed.
