An Ounce of Prevention: Complete Curriculum on Preconception Issues for Teens and Young Adults

Many young adults never learn pregnancy preventative care or the role genetics plays in birth outcomes. This 2-part session showcases a well-received, versatile curriculum created especially for FCS teachers. A human development specialist and a genetics counselor present an overview and a deep dive on how alcohol and tobacco affect the fetus.
