Gentle Sleep Solutions - Group Coaching (5 1/2 to 13-Months)

In a small group setting get the knowledge and weekly support as you coach your baby to learn the skill of self-soothing. This is a personalized coaching approach, not a one size fits all. Some families want to room-share, some co-sleep and some want to have their baby in a crib, all sleeping arrangements are welcome.
