ICE Holds and Detention of Undocumented Immigrants

This workshop focuses on the rights of undocumented immigrants who are arrested and placed on ICE holds, and how their advocates can assist them. This training also addresses several problem areas, such as access undocumented immigrants have to attorneys once in detention, so-called “stipulation agreements,” and human rights implications.
