PATHS Certificate of Initial Proficiency (CIP)
The PATHS Certificate of Initial Proficiency (CIP) Credentialing program is an education and training program designed for Direct Support Professionals who work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The PATHS CIP program requires 60 hours of classroom instruction & the development of a professional portfolio.
