Youth Mental Health First Aid

This training will help providers and members of the community respond to individuals who are experiencing emotional or mental health challenges. You'll learn a 5-step action plan designed to help you spot signs of depression, eating disorders, psychosis, substance abuse and anxiety; provide emergency assistance; and link to professional services.
