The Greater Cleveland Organization of Nursing Leadership (GCONL), an affiliate chapter of the Ohio Organization of Nursing Leadership (OONL), was formed in 2004 by Northeast Ohio nurse leaders to promote nursing leadership, influence the position of quality healthcare and access, and redesign nursing delivery systems.
