11.20.14 Guns and Pot in the Workplace - A 2014 Update
Illinois’ Medical Marijuana legislation and Illinois’ Firearm Concealed Carry Act have both been signed by Governor Quinn and are now in effect. The signing of both medical marijuana legislation and the ability to carry concealed weapons have charted unknown territories for Illinois employers and will have broad ramifications in the workplace.
