Update on 2013 CBC

Steven Winkel, FAIA of The Preview Group, provides a two-hour update on changes to the California Building Code, chapter 11A/B; these changes take effect January 1st. Significant changes to accessibility codes will be addressed. This program provides 2 hours of HSW CES, including 1 hour of California-required MCE.
