Rock Out At This Event. Attention Los Angeles, STAR Education is proud to announce RockSTAR Music Education’s 2nd annual Winter RockFest!!!! Last year STAR Education set the stage for an amazing multi-venue showcase, and we’re returning to make it even bigger and better! On January 26th from 11am to 3pm, over 130 RockSTAR bands will take over
