Spring 2013: Saturday Scholars Fun on the Farm: Ecology of Agriculture, K-4th

This course is designed to enlighten students about the ultimate origins of the food we eat.  We will begin by visiting the ASU farm and conclude by discussing where our food comes from in the classroom.  Key concepts to be discussed are: agriculture, photosynthesis, livestock, and crops.
