Honoring Katherine (Kitty) Esterly, MD for her leadership in the field of pediatrics and neonatology. Funded (in part) by the Delaware Division of Public Health, it explores childhood development from pre-conception to adulthood. A major focus of this conference is the use of the PEDS Test tool to screen children and provide early interventions.
