Join us for a winter hike to keep warm and keep moving! Hike leaders will be joined by Ministry physician Dr. Hayes to learn more about hiking for the health of it. The Kangaroo Lake Nature Preserve offers a varied trail system that meanders up and down the Niagara Escarpment and distinct ecosystems. Walking pole is a must! Snowshoes optional.
