Business Plan I & II - February 10 and February 17, 2016

This workshop, in two parts, will cover how to prepare a business plan and provide a framework to determine whether your plans to go into business are realistic. Among other subjects, the workshop will cover marketing plans, operations, management, risk assessment, and forecasting financials.
