Strength & Conditioning for Endurance Sports

Do you love cardio? Not as fond of strength training? If you want to be faster and perform better, not to mention battle the effects of aging on the body (aka loss of muscle tone), kick up your training by adding strength & conditioning. Tuesdays at 6 am and Fridays at 7 am, come to one or both (for best results)
