Kiwanis Club of Richland and The Arc of Tri Cities are excited to announce the 4th Annual Challenge Series Race! This one day event will be held on Lee Boulevard hill between Richland High and Carmichael Schools, Saturday morning, July 11, 2015. This event pairs challenged individuals with young, able bodied drivers (11-13) to make three runs down
