TN Stream Mitigation Guidelines and Debit Tool Workshop

This course is provided to professionals who will use the Stream Quantification Tool to complete rapid field assessments and the debit tool to estimate functional loss from permitted impacts. The course is co-taught by Stream Mechanics, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation.
