Self Care for the Helper: A Restorative Yoga Class Series

A 6-week restorative yoga class series specifically for helpers. These classes will nourish you, slow you down, and prioritize your own self-care. A combination of mindfulness, relaxing yoga asana, and breath work practices are used as a way for participants to de-stress and connect more deeply with their bodies and hearts.
