Is our use of water sustainable? As we continue to face an epic drought in California, this question has become increasingly common and relevant. We'll look at groundwater use in the Coachella Valley and Borrego Valley, two small valleys that are currently experiencing groundwater depletion yet differ in approach to water resource management.
