Spirits of the Land - The Black Isle and Munlochy Well

This workshop is based on the Natural Change process, designed to transform the sense of self into one which is a part of nature. Then, at the heart of the process, is a dawn to noon "solo" spent in silence, a chance to simply "be" in nature. The workshop will be held on the Black Isle, an unusual and beautiful part of the Highlands of Scotland.
