Where: The Cook Hotel and Conference Center (Campus of LSU, Baton Rouge) Keynote Speaker: Kyle Graham, Deputy Executive Director of CPRA Program: In addition to a keynote speech, the program will include lunch, four technical topics (pertaining to Coasts, Ocean, Ports, and Rivers), refreshments, and an evening social with cash bar.
