Swim Conditioning for Water Polo - Spring 2014

Legacy is offering our popular Swim Conditioning program to our participants this Spring. Improving your swim shape is critical to success in water polo! Stay in polo shape year-round without competing in swim meets. Ages 10 and & older. Must be a solid swimmer. USAWP or American WP membership and a Legacy Liability Release required.
