The CLE Committee presents "Discovery Update and Trends". This program will be presented in Albany on June 25th and in Syracuse on June 26th. The panelists will highlight recent and upcoming changes to the discovery rules and address related practice issues concerning discovery proceedings, e-discovery, privileges, and inadvertent disclosure.
